again thank you for doing such a good job (The first time). That's a rare thing these days. As for the old bios programming, How long do I have to get my old bios programmed for the $10 charge? No matter how long the offer last, I wil be sending it, Im just curious for recommending your services. I believe I also read something about being paid  for referring you service, Is that true?

Hi,  I ordered a chip ( Order 9721) and it's the wrong kind.  I need a PLCC and was sent a DIP.  I looked over my order and I'm not sure what happened. 

I know I ordered a" PLCC bios chip" and the" PLCC new and old" but on the order confirmation it shows "DIP BIOS chip" and the "PLCC new and old". 

What ever happened I didn't catch it on the order confirmation , but I did send the chip data info so I'm not sure why it wasn't caught. No biggie though. However  could you please send me a new chip right away and I can either send the DIP back when I send my PLCC to you for reprograming or I could send it now. Let me know. I do really need to get this chip as soon as possible.  I'm under deadline for a project and really need to get it in.

Thanks, Stacy. I received the package the day before you responded to this email (Thursday) but I left early Friday morning for a weekend out of the city, so I unfortunately didn't get your reply until this minute). With great anticipation mixed with worry, I did install the replacement chip and it WORKED just FABULOUSLY!! What a relief to see the operating system come up just perfect and have my mainboard restored.

I cannot thank you enough for the service you offer. I will be forwarding my previous chip for programming at the earliest opportunity. Thank you again for some great work!
