Installed chip and works great.  I had flashed using a file from a nationwide outfit, which ruined my chip.  They sent me two others and still, nothing.  They finally said "send your motherboard" to which I said, "Goodbye".

You will be one I will easily recommend as any opportunity presents itself.  Thanks for the good work.

Biosman,

Just a quick note to say I received my BIOS chip, replaced the bad one, and the system booted up with no problems.  In over 13 years of PC work, this was the first time I changed out a BIOS chip.  Thanks for everything, from the clear information on your web site, to the ease of ordering the proper chip with the proper BIOS loaded up, to receiving and changing the chip and booting the PC within 2 days of determining the problem.

Message: This is a great website for information on Bios and they try not to
sell you anything. I flashed my BIOS to the latest version, on the advice of
the motherboard's manufacturers (Sapphire). Now it doesn't work and they
want me to send the BIOS chip back to them to be flashed and I have to pay
for the costs. Here it's the opposite, you're encouraged to try other
methods to recover and it all that fails then you have the option. And you
don't have to pay for the information. That's what I call a Good Customer
Service...

Wow, a quick reply, on a Sunday.  You guys are the best.

I ordered from somebody else the first time because they were $6 cheaper than you.  I guess I got what I paid for. LOL

Anyway, thank you for saving my bacon.  I depend on my desktop computer for my home business, and I REALLY couldn't afford a new motherboard right now.

again thank you for doing such a good job (The first time). That's a rare thing these days. As for the old bios programming, How long do I have to get my old bios programmed for the $10 charge? No matter how long the offer last, I wil be sending it, Im just curious for recommending your services. I believe I also read something about being paid  for referring you service, Is that true?

I received the package the day before you responded to this email (Thursday) but I left early Friday morning for a weekend out of the city, so I unfortunately didn't get your reply until this minute). With great anticipation mixed with worry, I did install the replacement chip and it WORKED just FABULOUSLY!! What a relief to see the operating system come up just perfect and have my mainboard restored.

I cannot thank you enough for the service you offer. I will be forwarding my previous chip for programming at the earliest opportunity. Thank you again for some great work!
